1 ) You are what you think
You become what’s on your mind - it influences your behavior, and more or less, the decisions which you make day to day are in direct relation to what is inside your mind. If you’re thinking negative thoughts - you probably are not living happy in your life day to day. If you have negative thoughts in your mind right now, clear them out and then smile - surely right away you’ll begin feeling happier. Every time you get a negative thought, pause, and replace it with a positive thought - begin doing this and you’ll begin living a much happier life.
