You will need torch to walk safely during night. Swiss knife is essential for safety from wild animals or other expected unwanted situations.
• Before going for
trekking in Nepal, you must go for a medical check-up as some people face breathing problem at higher altitude. So, you must know your health before going for any adventurous tour.
