Photographic assignment for Oxfam Magazins du Monde to photograph a fair trade soap stone workshop based in Agra, India (with Barbara Bruneton from Oxfam).
Tara (Trade Alternative Reform Action) Projects made its humble beginning in early seventies with the objective of creating avenues of economic growth for economically disadvantaged Artisans and Craftsmen of Delhi in the unorganized home-based sector. Encouraged by its initial success the Project gradually extended its socio-economic and trade reform activities to the adjoining states of North India.

Photographic assignment for Oxfam Magazins du Monde to photograph Pushpanjali fair trade workshops based in Agra, India (with Barbara Bruneton from Oxfam). The tour also included the visit of an organic cotton field as well as a free clinic project.
Pushpanjali is a Fair Trade Organization working to spread the benefits of trading partnership based on Transparency, Respect and Greater Equity in Trade. Since its establishment in 1982, Pushpanjali is providing marketing & financial support to small and marginalized producers to improve their living and working conditions. Pushpanjali contributes to sustainable development, Income and secures the rights of marginalized producers. The organization also contributes to Social Responsibilities by providing medical support to poor people living in villages and educational support to girl's student from villages that are unable to get schooling due to Poverty.
