Tiger is the national animal of India. It is the essence of Indian jungles. India was known to have a bog population of tiger. But now a day the population of tiger in Indian jungle is diminishing due to human intervention in their natural habitat and deforestation. Now tigers cannot be spotted easily.  Little population of tigers has been left. They are not safe. Even they are scared of human presence. But some national parks still have dense tiger population. Rajasthan has two national parks which house big numbers of tigers. These two parks are Sariska National Park and Ranthambhore National Park and are worth to visit during India Wildlife Tour.

 

Sariska National Park or Sariska Tiger Reserve lies in Alwar district of Rajasthan. The park has good population of tigers and one can find them now and then. Ranthambhore National Park is located in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan. It is one of the most populous and biggest national parks in northern India. The park is famous for holding large number of tigers. It is believed that this park is best place to see collection of tigers in their natural habitat. One can tigers frequently even during day time. This park is a treat for tiger and wildlife lovers as many other species also dwells in the forest.

 

Bandhavgarh National Park located in Madhya Pradesh is known for its Royal Bengal Tiger. It is estimated that the park has highest density of tigers in India. The park is the natural hub for White tigers and many other animals. It is one of the finest national parks in India and is frequently visited by the nature and wildlife enthusiasts.

 

Kanha National Park also lies in Madhya Pradesh district of Indian state. It is renowned in the world for holding big population of tigers. Kanha provides tourists to observe magnificent tigers in natural habitat. The park is also famous as Kipling’s Park. Actually it was the favorite destination of Rudyard Kipling. He was inspired to write many stories for Jungle Book after visiting the forest.
