The region from were the ticket was purchased in know to be a Lotto hot-spot. This means that the region is in the top 10 of big winners for 2008.

The identity of the man in not known yet. Still the agency learned that the man walked in to a regional Newsagency and presented his unregistered winning ticket. He was not the only one that came to check their tickets. The agency had had many people coming in wondering if their ticket is the lucky one.
